Qingda Oriental Group Co., Ltd. has released a reply slip outlining attendance procedures for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 2/F, Block 4, No. 4621 Jiao Tong Road, Putuo District, Shanghai, PRC.

Registered shareholders intending to attend in person or by proxy must complete and sign the reply slip and return it to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 9 June 2026. The registrar’s address is Room 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders are required to state their names and addresses exactly as recorded in the register of members and indicate the class and number of shares they hold. Only properly completed reply slips received by the deadline will be considered valid for AGM admission.
