Henderson Land Development Company Limited and New World Development Company Limited announced their collaboration on a premium residential project in Hong Kong on September 17, revealing the project name as "THE LEGACY."

The development comprises two residential towers to be built in two phases, with a total gross floor area exceeding 400,000 square feet. Located in Hong Kong's Mid-Levels area with direct connection to the Central business district, the project's overall architecture, clubhouse, and interior design are all conceived by renowned Italian architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
