TME Announces Hong Kong Process Agent Transition Effective 1 June 2026

Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME) has notified shareholders of a forthcoming change to its Hong Kong process agent arrangement.

Mr. Lee Leong Yin will step down as the company’s authorized representative for service of process and notices in Hong Kong, with his resignation taking effect on 1 June 2026. On the same date, Ms. Leung Wing Han Sharon will assume the role, ensuring continuity with the requirements set out in Rules 19.05(2) and 19C.02A(3) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).

The board of directors remains led by Executive Chairman Cussion Kar Shun Pang, alongside five other directors and three independent directors, as listed in the announcement dated 1 June 2026.
