At the 2025 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, Bilibili Chairman Chen Rui delivered a speech during the Entrepreneurs Forum, sharing insights on how the platform fosters high-quality content.

Chen Rui stated that Bilibili hosts over 2 million creators, with the most outstanding ones recognized as "Top 100 Creators" or "Top 100 UP Masters." Notably, 90% of these creators have been producing content for more than five years, undergoing years of growth and user validation before earning widespread recognition as exceptional contributors.

He emphasized that outstanding creators are rare and invaluable, representing a societal asset. However, while talent is abundant, opportunities to nurture and showcase it are scarce—highlighting Bilibili’s mission and significance in bridging this gap.
