iX Biopharma Ltd. announced that it has allotted and issued 661,424 new ordinary shares on Mar, 4 2026 following the exercise of warrants at 0.06 Singapore dollars per share.

The transaction raised the company’s issued share capital to 1,036,957,319 shares from 1,036,295,895.

The new shares, ranking pari passu with existing shares, are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on or around Mar, 6 2026.

Including this latest exercise, 6,197,874 warrants—representing 10.78% of all warrants previously issued—have now been exercised. The company still has 51,311,605 outstanding warrants, each exercisable at 0.06 Singapore dollars until Jul, 18 2026.
