Twilio (TWLO) shares surged 16.46% in post-market trading on Thursday after the company reported second-quarter financial results that exceeded analyst expectations and raised its full-year outlook.

The cloud-based customer engagement platform reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.47, well above the consensus estimate of $1.32. Quarterly revenue rose 22% year-over-year to $1.50 billion, beating the $1.43 billion forecast. The company also achieved record profitability and free cash flow.

For the third quarter, Twilio guided revenue between $1.505 billion and $1.515 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.42 to $1.47, both ahead of Street estimates. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance to 18%–18.5%, up from the prior 14%–15% range, reflecting strong organic growth acceleration and customer expansion.
