YSB Inc. has announced that its board of directors will convene on 20 August 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda will also include deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director and Chairman Mr. Buzhen Zhang. Other board members expected to attend include Executive Director Mr. Fei Chen, Non-Executive Director Mr. Ziyang Zhu, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Rong Shao, Mr. Sam Hanhui Sun and Mr. Hongqiang Zhao.

The company stated that it will publish the interim results after the board’s approval. Any decision regarding an interim dividend will be disclosed following the meeting.
