According to an updated list on the official website of Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank on January 26, the bank has established a senior management structure of "one president and five vice presidents," comprising President Yin Lihong and Vice Presidents Wu Yaoxiang, Wang Jun, Song Bo, Li Jian, and Zhang Bin.

In February 2025, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province issued the "Provincial Government's Notice on the Establishment of Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank Co., Ltd.," announcing the restructuring of the Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperative Union into Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank.

Shortly thereafter, on March 18, the inaugural meeting of Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank was held in Nanjing. The meeting reviewed and passed 14 proposals, including the "Report on the Preparation Work for the Establishment of Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank Co., Ltd.," and convened the first meeting of the first board of directors and the staff congress. During these meetings, the chairman, employee directors, and non-employee directors were elected, and the president, vice presidents, and other senior management personnel were appointed.

Based on the approval for commencing business issued by the Jiangsu Financial Regulatory Bureau for Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank Co., Ltd., the company was approved to commence operations. The approved Chinese abbreviated name is Jiangsu Rural Commercial United Bank, and the shareholder composition, capital contribution amounts, shareholding quantities, and shareholding ratios were ratified. Concurrently, Hu Jianbin was approved to serve as Chairman and Yin Lihong was approved to serve as President.

In January of this year, the bank's leadership team underwent further adjustments. According to an approval from the Jiangsu Financial Regulatory Bureau dated January 12, 2026, the qualifications of Li Jian and Zhang Bin for the positions of Vice President were formally approved.
