Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that on 29 June 2026 it repurchased 63,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HK$1.17 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$17.47 to HK$18.53, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$18.40.
Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0191 % to 324.05 million, while treasury shares increased to 12.30 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 336.35 million, as the repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Aggregate repurchases under this mandate have reached 3.15 million shares, equal to 0.94 % of the share base outstanding at the time the mandate was granted, leaving significant capacity for further repurchases.
In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Zylox-Tonbridge is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 29 July 2026.
