Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that two senior executives bought a combined 4 million ordinary shares of the company on Jan, 26 2026, in transactions conducted outside the closed period.

Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai acquired 2 million shares through indirect interests, equal to about 0.025 % of the company’s issued share capital, for a consideration of roughly 1.19 million Singapore dollars.

Executive Director Mr Lim Hooi Sin purchased an additional 2 million shares via direct interests, also representing around 0.025 % of the share capital, for approximately 1.19 million Singapore dollars.

The dealings were disclosed to the exchange on Jan, 27 2026.
