Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (GRCB) reported that Ms. Wang Xigui has stepped down as Chairwoman of the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors and as an employee supervisor, effective 18 June 2026. The resignation follows internal organizational arrangements and a work adjustment.

Ms. Wang will continue to serve on the Bank’s Party Committee. She stated there is no disagreement with either the Board of Directors or the Board of Supervisors, and no matters requiring attention from shareholders, creditors or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

During her tenure, the Bank highlighted Ms. Wang’s role in improving corporate governance, overseeing risk and internal control, and enhancing supervisory practices. The Board acknowledged her contributions and conveyed formal appreciation.
