Dajin Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 01081) has announced the final offer price for its share issuance.

The price has been set at HK$66.40 per H-share, with a board lot size of 100 H-shares.

Trading of the H-shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The over-allotment option has been exercised in full, leading to the issuance of an additional 13,044,800 offer shares at the offer price.

These additional shares represent approximately 15.0% of the total offer shares initially made available under the global offering.
