Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (3903) announced that the Chongqing Intermediate Court issued a decision on 14 November 2025 approving the transfer of an aggregate of 373,626,304 domestic shares from Loncin Holdings to Chongqing International Trust Co., Limited, China Orient Asset Management Co., Limited, and National Trust Co., Limited. The shares were offset against corresponding creditors and the transfer procedures were completed on 21 November 2025.

As of 20 November 2025, Loncin Holdings held 432,188,780 domestic shares, representing approximately 9.40% of Hanhua Financial Holding’s total share capital. Following the transfer, National Trust holds 360,659,988 domestic shares, or around 7.84% of total share capital; Chongqing International Trust holds 8,959,620 domestic shares (about 0.19%); China Orient Asset Management holds 4,006,696 domestic shares (about 0.09%); and Loncin Holdings retains 58,562,476 domestic shares (about 1.27%).
