JD-SW's mall in Shuangjing, Chaoyang District, has dedicated space to set up a workspace catering to new employment groups. The initiative was announced during the Shuangjing 13 Community Fan Festival on November 1.

According to local officials, the newly established JD Shuangjing Third Party Branch will serve as a platform connecting the district committee, businesses, and residents, facilitating efficient resource allocation and problem-solving. The goal is to ensure policies are accurately communicated to businesses while swiftly addressing merchant demands and public concerns, achieving "uncompromised policy implementation and streamlined public services."

On the same day, JD-SW's mall launched a Party-building guidance station, housing the "Zhi Xing Xin Feng" workspace.

"Before, when delivering orders, I always felt like a passerby in the city—tired with nowhere proper to rest, and no one to turn to for help," said Wang Zhiqiang, a delivery rider. "Now, we have our own workspace."

Beyond providing rest areas, the workspace will offer skill training, rights protection, conflict mediation, and community engagement opportunities for gig workers. Additionally, Shuangjing District has partnered with JD-SW's mall to offer exclusive discounts for residents on electronics, including smartphones, computers, smart home devices, and trendy gadgets.
