StarHub (CC3) clears FY2025 accounts, declares 3.0-cent final dividend and appoints new auditor at 28th AGM

StarHub (CC3) held its 28th Annual General Meeting on Apr, 30 2026, where shareholders adopted the company’s FY2025 directors’ statement and audited financial statements and endorsed a slate of ordinary and special resolutions.

The meeting approved a final dividend of 3.0 cents per ordinary share for FY2025, bringing total dividends for the year to 6.0 cents per share. Management also reaffirmed its commitment to maintain a dividend of 6.0 cents per share for FY2026.

Financial highlights for FY2025, presented by Chief Executive Nikhil Eapen, included service revenue of about 2 billion Singapore dollars, EBITDA of 400 million Singapore dollars and net profit of 100 million Singapore dollars, excluding a one-off 14 million Singapore dollars spectrum penalty. Capital expenditure was kept below 7% of total revenue, and free cash flow came in at 164 million Singapore dollars despite spectrum-related outflows.

Shareholders re-elected directors Jill Lee, Stephen Miller and Teo Ek Tor, endorsed FY2025 directors’ fees of up to 1.81 million Singapore dollars, and renewed mandates allowing the board to issue shares, grant share-based awards and repurchase up to 10% of issued shares. They also approved the renewal of the interested person transactions mandate.

KPMG LLP was replaced by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditor with effect until the next AGM. Management highlighted the completion of the DARE+ transformation build phase, plans to harvest 70 million Singapore dollars in cost savings by 2028, and continued focus on enterprise growth, multi-brand consumer offerings and selective M&A.

The AGM concluded at 12:07 p.m. with all 11 resolutions passed by strong majorities, ranging from 98.63% to 99.97% of votes cast.
