Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. (2281) held its 2025 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 28 November 2025 at 16 Baizi Road, Jiangyang District, Luzhou, Sichuan Province, the PRC. All proposed resolutions were passed through a poll.
