HK Electric Investments (Trustee-Manager: HK Electric Investments Manager Limited) and HK Electric Investments Limited have issued a notification to holders of Share Stapled Units detailing arrangements for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The hybrid AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 11:45 a.m. and will take place concurrently at the Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor, Harbour Grand Kowloon, Hung Hom, Hong Kong, and via the Lumi online platform (https://meetings.lumiconnect.com). The virtual meeting room will open at approximately 11:15 a.m., 30 minutes before proceedings begin.

Key procedural points include: • Mandatory use of the online platform for all votes and questions, irrespective of physical or remote attendance. • Individual login credentials—Meeting ID 800-454-089-371, a 10-digit SRN (beginning with “C”), and a 5-digit PIN—are required to access the webcast, vote in real time and submit inquiries. • Holders attending in person must bring an internet-enabled device alongside the personalised login details provided in the notification letter.
