Our city has appointed 26 intellectual property technical investigators. The Intermediate People's Court and the Intellectual Property Office jointly issued a document formally appointing 26 senior experts, including Wang Fujie and Wang Ruwa, as intellectual property technical investigators and intellectual property experts. This move injects new intellectual property momentum into the city's innovation-driven development.

These 26 experts come from various enterprises, institutions, and IP service organizations, including Yuncheng University, Yuncheng Market Supervision Administration, Shanxi Ruizhi Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Chunzheng Law Firm. The experts' expertise covers fields such as intellectual property law, copyright protection, and mechanical manufacturing. The group includes both long-term theoretical research scholars and practical IP professionals, forming a high-level, multidisciplinary, and composite technical investigator team.

The selected technical investigators will participate in litigation activities based on court assignments, providing consultation, issuing technical investigation opinions, and offering other necessary technical assistance for the ascertainment of technical facts in cases. The intellectual property experts will conduct IP consultation and argumentation on key issues urgently needing resolution in the city's key IP development plans, projects, and major projects. They will also provide professional guidance to innovation entities like enterprises on IP creation, utilization, and protection.
