Zhaojin Mining Plans to Issue Up to RMB 2 Billion in Corporate Bonds

Zhaojin Mining (HKEX: 01818) has announced its intention to issue corporate bonds with a total value not exceeding RMB 2 billion.

The company's 2026 Science and Technology Innovation Corporate Bonds for Professional Investors (First Tranche) represent the second issuance under this bond program.

The bonds are slated for a public offering targeting professional institutional investors and are expected to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Two bond varieties are being offered. The first, designated as "26 Zhaojin K1," carries the code 245612.SH. The second variety is designated as "26 Zhaojin K2," with the code 245613.SH.

The total issuance size for this tranche is capped at RMB 2 billion. Each bond will have a face value of RMB 100 and will be issued at a price of RMB 100 per bond.

The final issuance scale will be determined by the issuer and the lead underwriter based on the subscription results from investors.
