FORTIOR (01304) has announced its financial results for the year 2025. The company reported revenue of approximately 774 million yuan, representing an increase of 28.9% compared to the previous year. Gross profit was about 400 million yuan, up by 26.8% year-on-year. Net profit was approximately 219 million yuan, a decrease of 1.5% from the prior year. Earnings per share were 2.16 yuan, and a final dividend of 0.78 yuan per share (tax inclusive) was declared.

According to the announcement, the decline in net profit was primarily due to the implementation of the company's 2024 Restricted Share Incentive Plan in November 2024. This resulted in an increase of approximately 52.4 million yuan in share-based compensation expenses during the reporting period compared to the previous year. Excluding the impact of this factor and after considering the effect of income tax, profit attributable to shareholders showed a year-on-year increase of 18.9%.
