On 24 April 2026, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, shareholder circular, notice of meeting and proxy form are now available on both the company website (www.wellcell.com.cn) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders may choose to: 1. Access the documents electronically at no cost; or 2. Request printed copies in English, Chinese, or both languages free of charge.

To request hard copies or change an existing delivery preference, shareholders should complete the enclosed request form and return it to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. A postage-paid mailing label is provided for local returns; overseas shareholders must affix appropriate postage. Alternatively, a scanned request form can be emailed to duqian@wellcell.com.cn.

WellCell emphasises the importance of providing a valid email address. Without an active email on file, shareholders will receive printed notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications until an email address is supplied.
