Prosperous Printing Company Limited (stock code: 8385) announced the appointments of Mr. Lai Chi-Yin Samuel as an executive director and Mr. Siu Chi Yiu Kenny as an independent non-executive director, both effective from 5 February 2026 after trading hours. According to the announcement, both directors have initial service terms running until 4 February 2029, subject to usual notice and rotation provisions.

Mr. Lai, aged 62, holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration and has around 30 years of executive experience in sales, marketing, and administration. Previously an executive director at a Hong Kong–listed company, he will receive an annual emolument of HKD360,000, plus a discretionary bonus and other benefits.

Mr. Siu, aged 59, has professional qualifications in building surveying and an MBA. With over 27 years of experience in sales, marketing, and property project management—including positions at major property developers—he is also an independent non-executive director of another Hong Kong–listed company. His emolument is set at HKD120,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus and other benefits. The board extended a welcome to both new directors and noted their respective expertise in corporate governance and business development.
