Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. reported that on 7 September 2026 it repurchased 1.32 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for use in its share-incentive schemes. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between RMB 21.51 and RMB 21.64, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of roughly RMB 21.59 per share and an aggregate outlay of RMB 28.50 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell to 6.12298 billion from 6.12430 billion, a marginal reduction of 0.0216%. Treasury shares increased to 55.50 million, bringing treasury holdings to approximately 0.90% of total issued shares, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 6.17849 billion.
The repurchase was authorised by the board and executed in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 10.06 and the relevant Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations. All funds due have been settled, and no repurchased shares have been cancelled to date; the entire block has been retained as treasury stock.
