The US Department of Defense reached an agreement with SpaceX, granting it exclusive access to the highest-level VCM-class classified space tracking data. On September 23 local time, Microsoft announced it will invest over $10 billion in capital and operating expenditures in the Middle East by 2030, focusing on expanding cloud computing and AI infrastructure and strengthening cooperation in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Microsoft also plans to invest more than $400 million by 2030 to build subsea and terrestrial network connectivity in the Middle East and launch a digital resilience initiative to enhance data protection, business continuity, and cybersecurity cooperation.

Ranked thirteenth, Amazon edged up 0.04% with $8.183 billion in turnover.

Ranked fourteenth, Google Class A rose 1.34% with $8.0861 billion in turnover. Google launched Gemini 3.8 Live featuring real-time avatar functionality. On the same day, Google announced the release of an open-source GKE intelligent migration tool. Next Thursday, Google will send an experimental satellite into orbit. The satellite has sufficient computing power to respond to simple AI query requests from space.
