Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) announced that two members of its key management team bought additional shares on Mar, 9 2026.

Group Chief Operating Officer Philip Hendry acquired 200,000 ordinary shares at 0.475 Singapore dollars per share, lifting his stake from 580,000 to 780,000 shares.

Group Chief Financial Officer Adam Tan Sheng Hua purchased 70,000 ordinary shares at the same price, raising his holding from 130,000 to 200,000 shares.

Both purchases were executed on the open market.
