Deep Source Holdings Limited (Deep Source) repurchased 3.00 million ordinary shares on 27 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return.
The buyback was carried out at prices between HKD 0.52 and HKD 0.53 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.5233 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.57 million. The repurchased shares represent approximately 0.02 % of Deep Source’s 14.78 billion issued shares (excluding treasury stock) outstanding before the transaction.
Following the repurchase, Deep Source’s treasury share balance increased from 18.91 million to 21.91 million shares, while issued shares outstanding declined to 14.78 billion. The company has now utilised 21.91 million shares, or 0.15 % of the 1.48 billion-share authority granted by shareholders on 30 June 2026.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Deep Source is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares; this restriction remains in place until 26 August 2026.
