BOCOM INTL (03329) has announced the completion of its issuance of RMB 1.1 billion and USD 134 million in subordinated perpetual securities.

The issuance was completed on September 30, 2026 (the issue date) under a trust deed entered into between the company and the relevant trustee, dated as of the issue date.
