The company IMPRO PRECISION (SEHK: 01286) has announced the completion of its previously disclosed top-up placing.

Both the placing and the subscription have been finalized, on May 29, 2026, and June 3, 2026, respectively.

In accordance with the placing and subscription agreement terms, the placing agent successfully allotted a total of 60 million shares to no fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$9.10 per share on May 29, 2026.

Subsequently, on June 3, 2026, the company issued and allotted 60 million new subscription shares to the vendor at the same price of HK$9.10 per share.

These newly issued shares represent approximately 3.08% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.

Following the completion of the placing, none of the placees are or have become a substantial shareholder of the company.

The net proceeds from the subscription, after deducting all related fees and expenses borne by the company, amount to approximately HK$539 million.

The company intends to use the raised funds to support capital expenditures for its factories in Mexico and China, aiming to meet growing demand, particularly in end-markets related to artificial intelligence data centers.

The funds are also earmarked for future capacity and process category expansion, making forward-looking preparations for the long-term sustainable development of the aerospace sector.

A portion of the proceeds will be allocated for repaying bank borrowings, general working capital, and other general corporate purposes.
