CONCORD HC GP (02453) announced that on August 26, 2025, the Company's controlling shareholder (as defined in the Listing Rules) Beijing Taihecheng Medical Technology Limited (Beijing Taihecheng) agreed to pledge 35.6 million H-shares of the Company to Pudong Development Bank as beneficiary. This represents approximately 99.99% of the total number of shares directly held by Beijing Taihecheng in the Company. As of the date of this announcement, the H-shares pledged by Beijing Taihecheng collectively represent approximately 4.54% of the Company's total issued share capital. To the best knowledge of the directors, Pudong Development Bank is an independent third party to the Company and its connected persons.
