In 2025, Beijing achieved a regional gross domestic product (GDP) of 5207.34 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 5.4% calculated at constant prices. It was reported that last year, the value-added of industrial enterprises above a designated size in Beijing increased by 6.5% calculated at comparable prices. Among key industries, the manufacturing of computers, communication, and other electronic equipment, along with the automotive manufacturing sector, grew by 20.2% and 17.7%, respectively.
