Tak Lee Machinery Holdings Limited reported zero movement in its share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.
The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.
