YESASIA HLDGS (02209) announced that on October 27, 2025 (the Grant Date), the company granted a total of 340,000 share options under its Post-IPO Share Option Scheme to 35 selected grantees (all being eligible persons under the scheme and employees of the group, referred to as the "Option Grantees"). No directors or senior management personnel (as defined under the Listing Rules) were included among the grantees.

Each option carries the right to subscribe for one ordinary share of the company, with a maximum total of 340,000 shares issuable upon full exercise. The grant is subject to acceptance by the Option Grantees, who are not required to make any payment for the options.
