China Feihe Limited released an updated list of directors and committee assignments on 15 May 2026. The Board now consists of 11 members, segmented as follows:

• Executive Directors (4): Chairman and CEO Leng Youbin, Liu Hua, Cai Fangliang and Judy Fong-Yee Tu.

• Non-Executive Directors (3): Gao Yu, Cheung Kwok Wah and Maher El-Omari (alias: Mac).

• Independent Non-Executive Directors (4): Liu Jinping, Song Jianwu, Fan Yonghong and Jacques Maurice Laforge.

Committee structures and chairpersons were also confirmed:

1. Audit Committee – chaired by Independent Non-Executive Director Fan Yonghong with members Gao Yu and Jacques Maurice Laforge.

2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Independent Non-Executive Director Liu Jinping with members Executive Director Liu Hua and Independent Non-Executive Director Jacques Maurice Laforge.

3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Chairman Leng Youbin with members Independent Non-Executive Directors Liu Jinping and Song Jianwu.

4. Environmental, Social and Governance Committee – chaired by Executive Director Liu Hua with members Executive Director Judy Fong-Yee Tu and Independent Non-Executive Director Liu Jinping.

All appointments are effective immediately, underscoring the company’s ongoing emphasis on governance oversight and committee-level accountability.
