Following the completion of this transfer, the shareholding of Yushang Hong Kong in the company has been reduced from 978,383,181 shares, equivalent to approximately 60.95% of the issued share capital, to 737,610,338 shares, which represents about 45.95% of the issued share capital. Both Yushang Hong Kong and Yushang Phoenix are ultimately beneficially owned by Xin Jiulong (Chongqing) Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. (Xin Jiulong), which in turn is 99% owned by Mr. Zhao Mingjun.
