The board of Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 02050) has announced upcoming changes to its directorship and committee appointments.

Mr. Shi Jianhui will conclude his tenure and step down from his roles as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Strategic Management & ESG Committee on June 7, 2026.

Following Mr. Shi's departure, the company's independent non-executive director, Mr. Ge Jun, has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees, effective from June 8, 2026.

In a separate move, the board reviewed and passed relevant proposals on June 5, 2026. It has nominated Mr. Shi Jianhui as a candidate for non-executive director of the company's eighth board of directors, and nominated Mr. Shao Shuangquan as a candidate for independent non-executive director of the same board.
