Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited said it will close its share transfer books and register of members at 5:00 p.m. on May, 15 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements to a final dividend of 3.70 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The dividend was approved at the company’s annual general meeting on Apr, 29 2026 and is scheduled to be paid on May, 21 2026.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as of the May, 15 2026 record date will qualify for the payout. Duly completed share transfers received by the company’s share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services, by 5:00 p.m. on the same day will also be eligible.
