Qingdao Port International Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 601298) has issued an announcement regarding board appointments.

Mr. Bi Tao was elected as the Vice Chairman of the company's fifth board of directors on June 18, 2026.

His term in this role is effective from that date and will continue until the conclusion of the fifth board's term.

Additionally, on the same date, Mr. Bi Tao was appointed as a member of both the Strategic Development and ESG Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the fifth board.

These committee appointments also became effective on June 18, 2026, and will last until the end of the current board's tenure.
