NASN Intelligent Tech (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (“NASN TECH”) announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, 28 August 2026. The meeting’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to authorize their publication. The board may also address other business matters as necessary.

The notice, dated 18 August 2026, was issued by Executive Director, Chairman and CEO Mr. Tao Zhe. The current board comprises nine members: three executive directors (Mr. Tao Zhe, Ms. Liu Qian, Dr. Lin Yi), three non-executive directors (Ms. Liu Limei, Mr. Wang Jianming, Mr. Yeh Kuantai) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Fan Chi Chiu, Mr. Jiang Zhenyu, Dr. Wang Yao).
