MMG (01208) announced that on May 21, 2026, its KCM unit entered into a mining service agreement with Huaye for the provision of underground mining services at the 5 Area and Zeta mines. Concurrently, KCM signed a separate mining service agreement with Minmetals 23 MCC Botswana for underground mining services at the Mango mine. Under these agreements, KCM will secure mining services for the Mango, 5 Area, and Zeta mine sites. The execution of these contracts is designed to ensure KCM receives continuous oversight and structured technical support during the construction preparation, development, and operational enhancement phases for these three key mining areas.
