Following the established refined oil pricing mechanism, the adjustment is scheduled to take effect at 24:00 on September 24th, with the current calculation progress at 30% and the expectation for an upward revision continuing to expand.

At the beginning of this pricing cycle, the initial forecast on the first day already indicated an increase of 500 yuan per ton, and despite recent fluctuations in international crude oil prices, the projected increase has continued to climb.

Currently, gasoline and diesel are expected to rise by 600 yuan per ton and 580 yuan per ton respectively. This translates to an estimated increase of 0.48 yuan per liter for 92-octane gasoline, 0.51 yuan per liter for 95-octane gasoline, and 0.50 yuan per liter for 0-grade diesel.

Looking back at this year's adjustments, 18 out of the 25 pricing windows have been finalized, with a trend characterized by more increases than decreases: 12 hikes, 1 pause, and 5 reductions. Cumulatively, gasoline and diesel have risen by 1,980 yuan per ton and 1,905 yuan per ton respectively, equating to an increase of 1.58 to 1.69 yuan per liter.

For an average family car with a 50-liter fuel tank, filling up now will cost an additional 79 to 85 yuan compared to the beginning of the year.

The final adjustment price for this round will be subject to the official announcement from the National Development and Reform Commission.
