Capital Estate Limited announced on 21 April 2026 that its 2025/26 interim report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEx website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.capitalestate.com.hk). Registered shareholders may request a printed copy from Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited free of charge.
In line with the paperless listing regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, Capital Estate will distribute all future corporate communications electronically. Shareholders who provide a valid email address will receive email notifications when documents are posted online; those who do not respond by 19 May 2026 will be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery and will receive postal notifications only.
Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be emailed where possible. If an email bounces, the company will resend the document in printed form and request an updated email address.
Shareholders may change their preferred method of receipt at any time by giving not less than seven days’ written notice to the share registrar or by email to capitalestate.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
