GREENTOWN SER (HKEX: 02869) has announced a share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on June 29, 2026, it utilized approximately HK$4.92 million to buy back 1.25 million of its own shares.

The repurchase price ranged from HK$3.87 to HK$3.98 per share.
