COURAGE INV (01145) announced that on October 6, 2025 (after trading hours), HK Courage LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a purchase agreement with JINHE FENG MINING CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. Under the agreement, the buyer has agreed to acquire and the seller has agreed to sell mining transport vehicles for a consideration of $5 million. The mining transport vehicles consist of 53 mining dump trucks owned by the seller.

Due to the complex and uncertain factors arising from trade wars and geopolitical events, the global dry bulk shipping market faces volatility and uncertainty. To address the adverse impact of such uncertainties on the Group, the company is actively exploring and implementing business diversification. The company believes that this acquisition will enable the Group to expand from its previous single maritime logistics transportation business to land-based logistics operations, thereby effectively increasing the Group's revenue sources and scope.
