CC Securities (01375) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongding Kaiyuan (as general partner), together with Henan Asset Fund (as general partner) and Henan Asset (as limited partner), entered into a partnership agreement on September 8, 2025, to establish a partnership enterprise.

The total committed capital of all partners in the partnership enterprise shall not exceed RMB 125 million, of which Zhongding Kaiyuan's committed capital contribution shall not exceed RMB 50 million. Zhongding Kaiyuan will serve as the fund manager of the partnership enterprise.

Upon completion of this fund establishment, Zhongding Kaiyuan will increase its private fund business management scale, which will help the company further expand its private equity fund business scale and strengthen its business capabilities.
