CALC (01848) has announced that on September 30, 2026 (after trading hours), two wholly-owned special purpose entity subsidiaries of the company (the sellers) entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with an independent third party (the buyer, Chongqing Yangtze River No. 1 Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd.) for the sale of two aircraft.

The disposal is expected to be completed on or before November 30, 2026.

The aircraft are two Boeing 737-800 planes intended to be sold to the buyer.
