Want Want China Holdings Limited disclosed a series of repurchases that lifted total shares awaiting cancellation to 7.14 million as of 28 July 2026, while the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 11.79 billion shares.

Key details • Repurchase volume and cost: Between 15 and 28 July 2026, the company bought back 7.14 million shares for an aggregate HKD 24.72 million. The purchases were executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 3.40 to HKD 3.53 per share. • Largest single-day buyback: On 28 July, Want Want China repurchased 3.00 million shares at prices between HKD 3.43 and HKD 3.50, spending HKD 10.45 million. • Share capital position: Despite the recent buybacks, the total number of issued shares stood at 11.79 billion as of 28 July 2026, unchanged from the previous day because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. • Repurchase authority: The transactions were executed under the mandate approved on 26 August 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 1.18 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 17.12 million shares, equivalent to 0.15 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. • Moratorium on new issues: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 27 August 2026 without prior Exchange approval.

All repurchases were conducted on-market and complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules, as confirmed by the board of directors.
