Zhang Wenzhong Raises Stake in DMALL with Purchase of 7.0169 Million Shares at About HK$6.40 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 23, Zhang Wenzhong increased his holdings in DMALL (02586) by 7.0169 million shares at a price of HK$6.3972 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$44.8885 million.

Following the increase, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 529 million shares, representing a latest shareholding ratio of 56.46%.
