Bonjour Holdings Reports Interim Loss Cut to HK$68.85 Million amid 50% Revenue Decline; Completes HK$98.16 Million Fund-raising

Bonjour Holdings released its unaudited results for the six months ended 31 December 2025, posting turnover of HK$12.32 million, down 50.4% year on year. Revenue comprised HK$6.73 million from beauty, healthcare and lifestyle products and HK$5.59 million from technology products.

\n\nGross profit shrank to HK$2.82 million, while a HK$37.83 million fair-value loss on an investment fund and finance costs of HK$7.38 million contributed to the bottom line. Loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to HK$68.85 million from HK$134.49 million a year earlier. Basic and diluted loss per share improved to HK$(6.0) cents from HK$(53.2) cents (restated).

\n\nGross proceeds of HK$76.10 million were raised through a three-for-one rights issue of 951.29 million shares at HK$0.08 each on 16 September 2025, while a subsequent placing of 281.30 million shares at the same price generated HK$22.50 million. Net proceeds of about HK$97.00 million are earmarked mainly for loan set-offs, debt repayment and working capital.

\n\nAt period-end, cash stood at HK$6.14 million. Net current liabilities were HK$93.16 million, and the net debt ratio improved to 0.83. No interim dividend was declared.

\n\nPost-period, on 23 February 2026 the company completed share subscriptions raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$11.40 million, intended for general working capital.
