FW Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing no movements in authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 250.00 million, comprising 623.70 million ordinary shares and 1.30 million preference shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.40.

Issued share capital stayed unchanged at 301.51 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.
