Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited announced that its annual general meeting (AGM), originally set for 4:00 p.m. on 18 June 2026 at Units A7 & A8, 6/F, NCB Innovation Centre, 888 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, has been postponed due to a black rainstorm warning issued on the scheduled date.

The AGM will now take place at the same venue on Monday, 22 June 2026, commencing at 2:00 p.m.

All resolutions detailed in the circular and notice dated 29 April 2026 remain unchanged and will be tabled at the rescheduled meeting. The book-closure period for determining shareholders’ eligibility to attend and vote is also unchanged.

Proxy forms already lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited remain valid. Shareholders who have yet to submit a proxy and wish to do so must deliver the completed form no later than 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 20 June 2025, or 48 hours before any further adjournment or postponement, whichever is applicable.

The announcement was authorised by Chairlady Ms. Kwok Chi Yan Gammy on behalf of the board, which comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
